Seitkazieva Asel Ametovna was born on August 27, 1967 in Bishkek. In 1989, she successfully graduated from the Kyrgyz State University, specializing in chemist-radiologist. Since 1996 she has been working in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2015 to the present time she holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Tailings Management under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the KR. She has been awarded certificates of honor and a medal of the Ministry.
