Altynken is a comprehensive, modern, international Chinese-Kyrgyz joint venture in the fields of geological exploration, mining, ore beneficiation, processing and sales, and also strives to create an environmentally friendly mine in the form of a state park. The company was founded on April 5, 2006 and is located in the city of Orlovka, Kemin district, Chui region, Kyrgyz Republic. The share of Chinese and Kyrgyz shareholders of the Participants is 60%:40%, respectively.
