Born 21.04.1965 Graduated Moscow Institute of Steel (MISIS) and Alloys in 1987. Obtained PhD (candidate of technical sciences) degree in 1995 in MISIS. Work as foreman at Makmal Gold Plant, spectroscopist, chemist and chief chemist at Stewart Assay and Environmental Laboratories LLC.
