Work experience in the capital market - more than 13 years. Previously he was the head of KSE's vice-president of KSE and also was a member of various interdepartmental working groups to develop strategy for financial inclusion, improve public administration in joint-stock companies with a state share.

Currently, he is President of the KSE, a member of the Board of Directors of Central Depository, a member of the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic.
