Oleg Zakharov, Director of Operational Efficiency at ERG (Kazakhstan) For more than 14 years, he has been organizing the work of companies to improve operational efficiency and implement lean manufacturing tools. Since 2020, he has been managing the development program for the ERG Production System with a total coverage of 12 largest enterprises in Kazakhstan. Until 2018, he organized work on the deployment of the Production System of the Vyksa OMK plant. In order to exchange experience, I visited more than 50 partner enterprises with a developed production culture in Russia, the CIS and European countries.
