Kasymbekov Talgat Beishenalievich, born in 1986, has a higher education, in 2009 he graduated from the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Razzakov, specializing in Mineral Processing. Since 2007, he has been working at Kumtor Gold Company, holding various positions from metallurgical technician to head of the technical control department of Kumtor Gold Company. From 2022 to the present, he has held the position of deputy manager of the ash recovery plant at Kumtor Gold Company.
