- Speakers are expected to present in person. If the speaker is not able to travel to present at the Forum, the programming committee might allow them to play the video recording of the presentation during the Forum.
- Unless representing sponsors or partners of the Forum, speakers are expected to pay the Forum admission fee.
- The Forum secretariat might waive the admission fee in some circumstances.
- The Forum Secretariat cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by presenters.

Video advertising during the Forum
On-screen demonstration of a video clip in the conference halls between the sessions of the MINEX forum. The duration of the video clip should not exceed 30 seconds. The demonstration is made in rotation without sound.

Requirements for presentations
The forum is organised in English with a simultaneous translation to Russian. Presenters may use either one or both languages (dividing slides into two parts) when preparing presentation materials. Presentation slides are accepted in PowerPoint (PPTX or PPT) for 16:9 wide-screen format.

Force majeure
In cases where presenters are unable to attend the event in person, they may pre-record their presentation on YouTube or Vimeo and send the video file link to slides@minexforum.com
Alternatively, they can provide a replacement by submitting a new application for the substitute speaker.
General Terms & Conditions
Registration & Acceptance:
To partake in the event, one must register and receive confirmation from the MINEX Forum. The participant’s registration and the formal accord with the organizers are established in writing, based on the submitted application and the execution of a contract (should there be a fee for participation).
Fees:
It is mandatory for participants to remit payment for the event as outlined in the contract. Payment in full is due to the organizers no later than 48 hours before the event commences. Failure to pay may result in the organizers denying participation.
Pricing:
The prices and terms are accurate as of the time of announcement. MINEX Forum retains the prerogative to modify prices without prior consent, though such changes will not impact registrations or confirmations already processed by MINEX Forum.
Discounts for Delegates:
Discounts are granted solely at the time of registration and are not cumulative. Discounts for group registrations apply only to the number of delegates specified.
Cancellation Policy:
Registrants may cancel their participation. All cancellation notices must be emailed to admin@minexforum.com with “Cancellation” in the subject line and acknowledged by MINEX Forum. Cancellations made 10 or more days before the event are subject to a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations made fewer than 10 days before the event are non-refundable, and the full fee is due. Under certain circumstances, the organizers may issue a credit for future forum events in lieu of a refund for late cancellations.
Transfer of Registration:
Registrations are personal and non-transferable without the prior written consent of the event organizers. MINEX Forum may deny or exclude any individual from the event at its sole discretion, particularly if they do not adhere to these terms or pose a security risk or disruption.
Event Modifications and Cancellations:
The organizers may alter the event’s format, speakers, content, or location. Should the event date change or be cancelled by the organisers, participants will be offered an alternative event or a refund of the paid fee.
Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure, the organizers reserve the right to change the event’s location or date, applying fees to the rescheduled event without the possibility of objection or compensation claims. MINEX Forum is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from or related to the event’s cancellation or date change, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Liability Limitation:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MINEX Forum disclaims: (a) any liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property at the event; (b) all indemnities, warranties, representations, terms, and conditions (express or implied); and (c) any liability for direct or indirect losses, including but not limited to lost profits, anticipated savings, business revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or other types of losses. MINEX Forum’s total liability to you in connection with the event is limited to the fees you have paid.
Recording Prohibition:
Unauthorized photography, recording, or transmission of any event material is strictly forbidden.
Privacy:
Your personal information will be stored in a database. For details on how MINEX Forum uses your information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction. Only you and MINEX Forum have the right to enforce these terms, subject to prior written consent, as per the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Acceptance:
By participating in MINEX Forum events, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
