Education:

2010-2012. diploma with honors, with a master's degree in Public Administration Management, Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1997-1998 - Faculty of "Zooengineering", Department of "Agroecology", diploma with honors, specialty environmental engineer, Agricultural Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In 1993 - 1997 - Faculty of "Zooengineering", Department of "Environmental Protection", Bachelor's degree, Agricultural Academy of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Work experience:

More than 27 years of experience in the field of environmental protection and ecology. Since the formation of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision, from 2021-2022 she headed the Department of Water Resources Protection, and from 2022-2023 she headed the Department of state Environmental Expertise. From August 2023 to the present, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Awards:

For her contribution to the development of environmental protection and ecology, she was awarded departmental and Government Certificates of Honor and badges: "Excellent OOS" and "Excellent Civil Service". The class rank is "Inspector of the state civil service of the 1st class".
